At EzySmart, we are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Our warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know:
Coverage and Duration:
EzySmart products come with a standard warranty period of 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Should you encounter any issues related to these factors, we will provide repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional charge.
Please note, however, that not all products come with the same warranty period. For instance, third-party products such as Google or Alexa devices have their own manufacturer warranty, which may be as short as 3 months. Always refer to the product specifications for precise warranty details.

Exclusions:
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. Additionally, normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents, is not covered. Damage caused by improper installation, including installations not conducted by EzySmart-approved technicians, is also excluded from warranty coverage. Any alterations or modifications to the product not authorized by EzySmart will void the warranty.
Rating Impact on Warranty Coverage:

We value constructive and positive feedback. Buyers who leave a positive or helpful review will have their warranty coverage period extended from 6 to 12 months.

For buyers who do not leave a rating, the default warranty coverage will remain at 6 months. However, this policy aims to be flexible and considerate of each buyer's experience.

If a buyer leaves a negative rating without first reaching out to EzySmart to seek a solution, the product may not be covered under warranty, as this is seen as an unfair use of the rating system. However, if a product is defective and the buyer still provides a negative rating without contacting us, we will not cover the warranty for that device.

Making a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, contact EzySmart customer support within the warranty period. You can reach us at KEVINSMARTHOMESOLUTION@GMAIL.COM or 016-221-7160. Please provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, photos of the issue. EzySmart may request that you return the defective product for inspection. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the defect is covered under warranty.

Repair or Replacement:
If a product is determined to be defective, we will repair it at no cost to you. If repair is not feasible, we will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value. The warranty period for the replacement product will be the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability:
EzySmart’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of property, revenue, or data.

Warranty Transfer:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the product. It does not extend to subsequent owners.

Warranty Modifications:
EzySmart reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the update.
