Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors made by EzySmart.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
