Welcome to EzySmart’s Shipping Policy – ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for your smart home products!

EzySmart Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Coverage:

  • EzySmart delivers products across Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

  • International shipping is currently unavailable.

Shipping Methods:

  • Orders are dispatched via reputable courier services for prompt and safe delivery. Estimated delivery times:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5-7 working days

  • Delivery times may vary based on courier schedules, public holidays, and peak seasons.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM5.60

  • Sabah & Sarawak: RM11.90

  • Free shipping for orders over RM1000 within Malaysia.
    Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Additional charges (taxes, customs, duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS once dispatched.

Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts:

  • If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to EzySmart. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer for re-delivery.

Shipping Delays:

  • EzySmart is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. We will work closely with shipping partners to resolve any issues.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • If your product is damaged during shipping or lost, contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or after the expected delivery date) at kevinsmarthomesolution@gmail.com or 016-221-7160. Keep all packaging and items in their original condition for investigation.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Customs and Duties:

  • For shipments to East Malaysia, customers may be responsible for import taxes or duties. EzySmart is not liable for these charges.
