EzySmart's Payment Policy

Welcome to EzySmart’s Payment Policy – ensuring a clear, convenient, and secure payment process for your smart home services!

Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards.

  • Online Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfer via online banking.

  • E-Wallets: Supported e-wallets such as GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and others.

 

Payment Timing

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total installation cost.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation service.

  • Full Payment: For services under RM50 (or certain promotions), full payment may be required at the time of booking.

 

Late Payment Policy

  • Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Grace Period: If payment is not made within 3 days of the due date, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied.

  • Failure to Pay: If payment remains outstanding after 3 days, EzySmart reserves the right to suspend any further services, and legal action may be taken to recover the debt.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

  • Refunds: Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled within the allowable cancellation period. Refunds will not be provided after service delivery unless there is a verifiable issue with the installation service.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases of installation failure due to technical incompatibility or other issues beyond EzySmart’s control, a partial refund minus the deposit and service charges will be issued.

 

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payment should be reported to EzySmart’s Customer Service within 7 days of the payment date. We will work to resolve any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
