Cancellation Policy
Smart Door Lock Installation Policy 1. Purpose This policy defines the installation terms for smart door locks by EzySmart, ensuring safe and efficient service. 2. Eligibility - Customers must purchase locks from EzySmart or authorized sellers. - The installation location must be within our service area. - The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from the property owner. 3. Installation Process - Assessment: Pre-installation inspection ensures door compatibility. - Installation: Includes removing old locks, installing the smart lock, configuring it with the app, and demonstrating usage. - Duration: Typically takes 1-3 hours. - Fees: Standard fees apply, with extra charges for custom installations. 4. Terms - Warranty: 12-month warranty on installation services, covering any installation-related issues. - Liability: EzySmart is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing door/frame issues. - Modifications: Third-party modifications void our warranty and support. 5. Safety & Compliance EzySmart adheres to industry safety standards and local building regulations. Installations must comply with any condominium or homeowner association rules. 6. Customer Responsibilities - An adult (18+) must be present during installation. - The customer must maintain the lock according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. 7. Support - Free technical support is available for 30 days post-installation. - For extended support, customers can opt for the EzyCare Protection Plan. 8. Cancellations -Cancellations/rescheduling should be done 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. 9. Dispute Resolution -All disputes should be reported to EzySmart Customer Service for resolution.
